In 2022, Limitless Community Outreach Ltd was founded with one clear vision: to break cycles of hardship by building bridges of opportunity—for families, for youth, and for entire communities.
What started as a small act of giving back in Clayton County has grown into a movement of purpose-driven programs and partnerships that touch the lives of hundreds each year.
Where We Began
Our founder, Daverney Freeman, saw a critical need in the community—a need for real support, real advocacy, and real action. Families were doing the best they could with limited access to resources. Children were eager to learn but falling behind due to lack of academic support. Parents, many of them single mothers, were searching for tools, not judgment.
Limitless was born from a passion to fill that gap—with compassion, structure, and hands-on support.
Who We Serve
We serve families who are often overlooked. Children in underfunded school districts. Parents navigating challenges without a support system. Young people full of potential but short on guidance. Our programs are rooted in equity and centered on the people who need us most.
Whether it's a mother learning positive parenting strategies, a teen stepping into leadership for the first time, or a child receiving one-on-one tutoring—they are the reason we exist.

What's Next?
We’re working toward a permanent community center—a space where families can access ongoing support, education, and hope under one roof. We're expanding our partnerships with schools, child care centers, and local government to serve even more children and families across Georgia.
